The thesis

I don't just use AI tools — I architect how AI integrates into a company's workflows, and I lead the people who build it. As Chief of Staff at Inside Success TV, I helped scale to 200+ team members and 1,500+ documentaries in under 1.5 years — and designed the internal AI systems that run day-to-day operations.

AI Storyline Generator

Documentary editors were burning 4–5 hours per episode turning raw audio into a story. I designed and directed the build of a 6-step AI production pipeline — upload → compress → transcribe → review → cut sheet → done — that does it for them.

The AI operating stack

Built and now lead the “Shipping Department” — a 15+ person AI/engineering team that ships the systems running ISTV: an AI résumé-screener, sales-call coaching for 50+ reps, a support AI, a website chatbot, and content automation.

Designed the migration of the CRM to HubSpot and cut $20K/month in software bloat.

A Chrome extension that organizes how you work inside ChatGPT. Built it myself; it earned a strong unsolicited review from users.

My own product, start to finish — the "AI-native" isn't a buzzword.

Research Engine

A multi-model AI research engine that cross-examines three frontier models and returns source-traced reports — so the answer comes with its receipts.

Part of a wider toolkit: a LinkedIn data-extraction extension, a CEO "second-brain" prototype, and a machine-readable ontology mapper.
