- Designed the AI production system that generates documentary interview scripts and shoot plans from a subject's background, removing a senior-producer bottleneck on every shoot — and extended it so the executive who owns the creative standard can revise it himself in plain English.
- Designed the AI post-production system that turns interview transcripts into editor cut sheets and B-roll requests — cutting edit time per documentary from four days to three while improving story quality, across an operation producing 1,000+ films a year.
- Ran recruiting operations for a ~120-person sales organization on measurement, including a recruiter-quality metric scoring recruiters on the revenue produced by the candidates they advanced.
- Designed and led the migration of the sales CRM to HubSpot, and consolidated software spend to cut about $20K/month in redundant tools.
- Built the company's core operating systems — project tracking, KPIs, and single sources of truth — through a period the company scaled to 200+ team members.
